Kunchakko Boban, who recently gave a hit with his film Gulumaal, will be seen with Neelathamara star Archana Kavi in Mummy and Me.Archana will be playing a role of a stubborn college student Jewel and Kunchakko will play her senior and local guardian in college. Kunchakko’s character is in love with her but he doesn’t let her know about it.Her parents in the film are played by Mukesh and Urvashi. The film also has Suresh Gopi in a cameo role. The shooting is going on at Kuttikanam and Peerumedu at present.
The Story : Mummy and me movie is based on the relationship between a mother and daughter. Archana playing a stubborn degree student Jewel, while kunchako appear as her senior and local guardian in college who is also in love with her, without letting her know about it. Mukesh and Urvashi play the parents of Archana.

The star was very impressed by the idea for the movie and has agreed to become a part of it. Jithu Joseph proved his directorial skills after his debut film Detective with Suresh Gopi playing twin roles in it.She is just a film old but Archana Kavi has become quite a hit with the Malayali audiences ever since her film, Neelathamara, scripted by M T Vasudevan Nair and directed by Lal Jose, hit the screens.
She played a maid working in a traditional household who soon falls in love with a member of the family.Archana is working on her second film now, Mummy & Me, directed by Jithu Joseph. The film talks about a tumultuous relationship between a teenage daughter and her mother.
