Indra, Bindu and Tanisha are playing the lead roles in ‘Putrudu’ directed by Sravan Bapatla and produced by Boddam Indrasena under the banner of Friends Film Academy.
The producer says, “The film is based on ‘Parusavedi’ (a trick which makes iron as gold) concept in its backdrop. At the same time, it has several elements like suspense and comedy too. I would appear in a role, which had two shades like Medico and Aghora. There would be about 45 minutes of graphic works in our movie.”
Post-production works are nearing completion for ‘Putrudu’ produced by Boddam Indrasena under the banner of Friends Film Academy introducing Sravan Bapatla as director, with the producer himself playing the hero and Tanisha pairing opposite him as heroine.
Producer says, “We first thought of producing the film in Telugu, but Sharma of Mumbai watched the trailers and suggested to release it in Hindi as well. Hence we have decided to bring out thefilm simultaneously in Hindi and Tamil languages. There would be about 45 minutes of graphic works in our movie. All the songs were choreographed with superior quality. I would appear in a role which had two shades like Medico and Aghora.

Bindu is playing the second female lead in this movie, while MS Narayana, Surya, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao, Duvvasi Mohan, Rajender, Uttej, Nalla Venu, Pruthviraj, Jeeva, Jayavani, Kavita and others are in the cast. Music is by Satya Y, camera is by V Prabhapkar, editing is by D Raja, while story, screenplay, dialogues and direction are by Sravan Bapatla. Bukka Venugopal is the co-producer.
Puthrudu starring Indra, Bindu and Tanisha in the lead roles. Indra is playing two different roles in this film. He will be seen as medical student and an Agora in this film.
It has enough suspense and comedy to entertain all sections of the audience. Indra has done well in action sequences because he is expert in martial arts.
Puthrudu is set in the backdrop of “Parusavedi", a trick used to turn iron into gold. The film is said to be a mixture of several elements including comedy and suspense. A 45-minute of graphic work and superior quality choreography in songs are said to be big assets to thefilm.
