The leading roles in the movie are played by Varun Sandesh, Anita, Adarsh and Shraddha Das. The movie ” Movie Charitra” is the remake of the 70s movie in which Kamal Hasan played the lead role.
The love story of the movie MARO CHARITRA is much Americanized. Swapna saw Balu in the movie, her heart missed a beat. A gentleman who doesn’t be taught Telugu in 20 years is in sync with the coastal twang and the Swapna’s expression is as if she’s about to unfold Sarita’s past. But the abuse is that Swapna’s throw is old-fashioned, outdated and she must have understanding about what was good enough in Geetanjali sounds impolite today.
The actress in MARO CHARITRA is fresh true but there is something ill at ease about her, not only lips but the manner she cycles and emotes also. Her long hair is the only thing that stroke about her. The cinematography of MARO CHARITRA is good but the direction is unprofessional, it’s apparent. Varun Sandesh is an NRI and most of the time he works with his dialogue and waits for the girl to respond. The producer and director should have played around with their thoughts and added some more dynamism to the characters. A good job is done by parents and a perfect balance can be seen but Urvasi’s nonsense gets unbearable beyond an end.
